We are working with a well-respected, innovative school in Portsmouth seeking a Design & Technology Teacher to deliver a broad curriculum from September 2025.

Role Details

Teach DT across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for KS5 and BTEC Engineering
Lead design projects involving electronics, resistant materials, CAD/CAM, and 3D printing
Engage pupils in solving real-world problems and encourage creative risk-taking
Support department competitions, enterprise activities, and industry-linked projects

Candidate Profile

DT or Engineering degree with QTS
Hands-on experience with machinery and safe workshop practices
Strong interest in sustainability, product innovation, or user-centred design
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented
